Special Valentine’s Dinner

Starter plate
- Chicken satay
- Prawn, salmon & haddock fishcake
- Grilled Halloumi
- Parmesan mushroom in a mini Yorkshire pudding
(3 sauces for you to accompany your starter plate are sweet chilli, peanut and tzatziki)
Main
- Open Lasagne with smoked salmon, spinach, prawns and parmesan with a green salad
- Calves liver in a port and red onion gravy on top of grain mustard and pepper mash with red cabbage
- Duck breast with orange and Cointreau sauce with roasted new potatoes, broccoli and mange tout
- Pork tenderloin wrapped in pancetta with a cider sauce with new potatoes, red cabbage and honey carrots
